The Verdict Is In The Book Autopsied Existence

posted by stephnie

The Verdict On The New Novel Autopsied Existence (How a Second Chance in Life Outweighs the First) is in!
The new novel Autopsied Existence (How a Second Chance in Life Outweighs the First) has been coined as a back handed celebration of high morals/values (celibacy until marriage, self-respect, spirituality, respect for thy neighbor) and just downright clean living. When you open the novel you don’t know what to expect. The title exudes mystery. Well, surprise, there is some of that too. The novel is delivered in three parts.
Part One-is full of realistic everyday dysfunction. Dysfunction from the standpoint of male-female relationship, family dynamics ranging from parental overlooks to sibling rivalry, theft, murder and incestuous births. Yes, dysfunctional behavior that often plagues the nightly news. But hang on, it gets better. The characters either get their do or get done.
Part Two-throws the characters into awareness training. The shoe is on the other foot and as uncomfortable as it feels, they must make it through.
Part Three-brings it all together and the end result is restoration of old fashion morals and values. The stuff that makes for a great marriage, family members getting along or at least tolerating each other along with the respectful treatment of people already known and those newly acquainted. The end result wasn’t easy to get to and that is the message of this novel. Living right isn’t easy but the most unholy, uncaring, unspiritual person can accomplish such a goal.
Self-Help-At the back of the novel there are questions with suggestions on how to handle certain situations pertaining to special and everyday relationships. That section deems it self-help.
There’s More-The novel covers a lot of territory. Everyone will be entertained. After traveling through a not so nice tunnel, those with old fashioned morals and values will be delighted and celebrated. Many will remember what society was like before wardrobe malfunctions and over the top sexual behavior. Back when women (the real leaders of society) commanded, demanded and achieved respect. A society tons of people are wishing would return.
The author, I. D. Smith is pleased with what readers are saying sighting that receptivity of a message is often how that message is conveyed.
I.D. is a Therapist which places her in the position to be exposed to more than a share of not so nice behavior. This novel is a message to all that what goes around might come around sooner than expected.
I.D. is available for interviews and speaking engagements. Contact information is 713-446-5660 or IDSmith@lycos.com
The novel can be purchased through Barnes and Noble or Amazon.com.

Plus Size Swimwear Can Be Sexy As Well

posted by stephnie

This is one of many articles posted weekly on http://www.beach-supplies.com/
With all the different styles and designs available for plus size swimwear even the people who are a little bit larger can be styling at the beach! First off all, you have your main 3 types of bikinis available in plus sizes, which are the 2 piece bikinis, 1 piece bikinis, and the tankinis. All these types of swimwear are available in plus sizes. Also, usually with the plus size swimwear it needs to be able to support more weight, at least in the upper chest area. This means that the support in the back is usually stronger and sometimes even has a cross shape to it.
Now when you’re ready to buy some plus size swimwear, you will be happy to know that buying it online is easy and more convenient. Although you shouldn’t be embarrassed to go your local store and browse through all the plus size swimwear, sadly enough a lot of people are. If this is the case, buying them online is a great way to avoid shopping in a retail store. It also can save you money, time, and find a better style that you like.

Lighting The Way When Two Become One

posted by stephnie

Whether you want to add a little extra romance to an evening reception or a little glow to your house of worship, candles are a natural, effortless addition to your wedding theme. You’ll have no trouble finding a role for candles at the wedding ceremony, at the reception, and even as part of the floral displays.
Unity Candles
Join the growing number of couples who include a unity candle as part of the wedding ceremony. Perhaps you think that unity candles are steeped in a rich history of religious tradition, or perhaps you think that unity candles are the invention of the candle makers to sell an extra candle or 10,000. Neither is the case. The exact evolution of the unity candle is uncertain, but since it began 30-40 years ago, it seems that we have that ever-lively 60s generation to thank for yet another custom that has wormed its way into modern life.
I’d like to propose my own idea of the unity candle’s origin—an unlikely science experiment. You can perform this experiment yourself. Light two tapered candles, or use whatever candles you have handy. Note the height and brilliance of each flame. Now, join the two flames together and look at the single flame. The united flame is taller, stronger and brighter than the sum of the two individual flames. Isn’t that what marriage is supposed to be—a single unit stronger than the sum of its parts?
The most traditional of the variations on the theme is the tall, thick white candle in the center of a candleholder surrounded on each side by a white taper. During the wedding ceremony, the bride and groom light the center unity candle with the two tapers, creating the stronger flame as a symbol of the stronger unity gained through marriage.
Beyond the traditional unity ceremony, today’s weddings provide the opportunity for many variations, particularly second weddings that include children. If each partner has children, the children may light the unity candles. Sometimes, parents from each family light the unity candle. You’ll want to preserve the moment in a picture, because it’s unlikely you’ll find this level of cooperation again.
If you carry a hand-tied bouquet, incorporate a white taper into the bouquet, and carry the taper up the aisle. The groom can hold his taper until you reach the altar, when you each place your taper into the unity candleholder to accentuate the unity theme.
If your house of worship doesn’t allow unity ceremonies, conduct the ceremony at the reception right before the toast.
Candles for Your Wedding Decor
Consider candles an integral part of your floral displays to add warmth to a sterile reception hall environment. Select your candles first, and then select flowers to complement the candles. If you maintain the candle as the focal point, you’ll spend a lot less money on bridal flowers.
Place a single sculptured candle by the guest book, for example. Incorporate candles into your table displays at the reception. You can actually use candle displays in place of floral displays. Consider the idea of floating candle displays at the center of each table. They’re low enough to allow conversation without talking through flowers.
You’re not limited to white candles. Work the candles into your color scheme: silver and gold for holiday weddings. Nor do you have to limit yourself to unadorned candles. Ribbons add a nice accent to simple candles. Select elegant candles for a formal wedding and less formal sculpted, marbled, or otherwise embellished candles for less formal weddings.
Candles as Wedding Favors
Candles always make nice gifts, and you can capitalize on this by selecting a candle for your wedding favor. A small, beautifully wrapped candle makes a wedding favor that your guests will appreciate and display at home—something to remember your special day.
However you choose to add candles to your wedding, their warm flame will add to the ambiance of an already glowing moment.

Hair Care Home Remedies

posted by stephnie

Save money and give yourself a break from the chemicals found in most hair care products by using the following natural home remedies.
Tame your frizzy hair by rubbing coconut oil into your hands and applying sparingly onto your hair. You don’t want to overdo it - too much will make your hair look greasy. Shampooing your hair less frequently also helps with the frizzies. Excess shampooing strips natural oils from the hair.
Rinse your hair with one tablespoon baking soda mixed with one cup of water to get rid of shampoo build-up and styling residues.
Rinsing your hair with one jucied lemon and one cup of water is said to bring life and shine back to dull hair.
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with two cups of water will give your hair shine and bounce.
Add essential oil of ylang ylang to your shampoo, conditioner and styling agents as a hair rejuvenator.
Ylang ylang and rosemary essential oils are also believed to stimulate hair growth.
Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables and getting plenty of rest is probably the best way to achieving healthy hair.
What goes into your body is reflective on the outside including your hair.

When Is My Menopause Started

posted by stephnie

There are some women who wondered and worried about what will happen when they reach menopause. Menopause is not a scary moment. So, don’t be scared.
In fact, menopause can be a positive experience. It is a chance for all women to focus more on themselves and make changes that will improve their health.
There’s no way of predicting exactly when your menopause will occur. In other words, each of us has an internal biological timer that is programmed before birth to set off the hormonal events that trigger both the start and the end of menstruation.
It seems most likely that our individual genes determine the age at which we experience menopause.
But there are things you could do to understand more about menopause. The first step is to learn all you can about the physical and emotional changes that may be ahead of you. In a survey asking women what was the worst thing about menopause, most said, “Not knowing what to expect.” One woman added, “You wish someone would tell you — but you’re too embarrassed to ask anyone.”
In past generations, many women were too embarrassed to discuss menopause, even with other women friends. Today, thanks in large part to the rise of the women’s movement; menopause is talked about more openly.
Many women still remain in the dark about the details of menopause. One survey, for example, found that most women think the average woman experiences menopause at age 45, when the actual average age is between 50 and 51. Also, most women significantly overestimate the length of time the average woman experiences hot flashes, believing it to be five years rather than two.
Although most women experience similar symptoms of menopause, not every woman experiences all the symptoms.
Here are some symptoms you can acknowledge:
- Some women may have frustrating symptoms that start during perimenopause and continue once they have reached menopause.
- Hot flashes have become the hallmark symptom of menopause. Hot flashes are a feeling of sudden flush or warmth, often followed by sweating. They can cause serious discomfort and sleepless nights for some women.
Other symptoms that can start in perimenopause, but also might continue once you reach menopause include:
- Night sweats (hot flashes that happen while you sleep)
- Sleep problems
- Mood changes (mood swings, depression, and irritability).
- Vaginal problems, including vaginal dryness and irritation that can cause pain during sex and pelvic exams, and frequent vaginal infections; urinary problems, including burning or pain when urinating, or leaking when sneezing, coughing, or laughing problems with concentration or memory; less interest in sex and changes in sexual response;
- Weight gain
- Hair thinning or loss

Spiritual And Sexual Healing

posted by stephnie

Couple issues such as spirituality and sexuality rank higher than financial reasons as the most affected items of a fumbling relationship. When it comes the moment to point out why a couple needs more intimate vigor, two wrongly things are sure to happen: Women are always blamed, and if both recognize that it’s a male matter, also women blame themselves. Their consequent silent follows a behavior that will never end the cycle if there is no communication and willingness to solve it.
I agree on communicative practices within the pair for finding a reconstructive way, if that is what both desire. But I also propose to call upon the Angels of relationships to ask for help, guidance, assistance and healing in this realm.
It’s just a matter of concentrating in the voice within to open your self into greater receptivity to their assistance. Practice this for a few minutes daily as you release all your thoughts and feelings. Simply place the relationship in the hands of your Angels and let go.
With your trust in Angels, your beau is also being helped. Spirituality within a couple is all about the union of mind, body and soul. It’s the inner joy that reflects the pleasure of having one another.
After you have passed this first step through the pathways to achieve sexual healing, both must concentrate on “the” issue, the rebirth of sexuality life. Surely, answers on this matter lay on natural remedies: aphrodisiacs.
Herb properties influence people’s sexual attraction. However, few people know that herbs are stimulants. The Santoreggia, for example, is considered one of the most well-known aphrodisiacal herbs that turn on imagination, and reinforce and tone many nerves and muscles, increasing sexual interest. On the other hand, a person that feels unable to be sexual and spiritual at the same time is in urgent need of any presentation of Basil.
Knowing this, kitchens ratify their functions as the best allies of women in the solving of “the situation” by transforming themselves into nests of potions which stimulate and increase the art of love in those people who no longer posses enough erotic spur. Then, you may add five drops of Santoreggia essence on a sugar cube 4 or 5 times a day to stimulate relationships.
The correct use of nature’s products, and especially the gastronomic patrimony combined with a pinch of magic ritual, is the right ingredient at the right time: On Friday nights, according to Wiccan tradition.
Some herbs that help sexuality within couples are:

St. John’s Wort
This herb is widely used to help lift a low mood and it is often suggested to boost a flagging sex drive in those feeling blue

Potency Wood
This herb is widely used by natives of the Amazon and Orinoco river basins to enhance sexual desire and combat impotence

Ginseng
This herb is often taken as a tonic for increased vitality and libido enhancement

Yohimbe
It helps to repair erection problems by increasing penile blood flow

Hops
If premature ejaculation or impotence is a concern, this herb can assist any neurosis that might be a factor in these dysfunctions manifesting

Maca
Peruvian doctors have been known to give this herb to male patients who complain of having erection difficulties

Cocoa
This food/herb is known as the ‘pleasure herb’

Privet
The boiled extract of this herb can be used as a douche for vaginal irritations

False Unicorn
It generally promotes fertility in both males and females

It is necessary to fully understand their properties and their correct way of preparation in order to avoid distasteful results. It is therefore necessary to carefully examine the causes of sufferers of sexual problems in order to choose correctly.
And remember: Communicate with one another! Talk to have great sex!

Replacing Your Lost Wedding Ring

posted by stephnie

Imagine it’s Halloween evening and you’ve just gone to the door to greet another eager child with your big bag of trick-or-treat candy. You look down at the grinning costumed child with a smile and share some kind words as you throw a generous handful of tasty treats into his bag.
After the happy child leaves, you plop back down on the comfy sofa and continue watching your favorite TV show until you decide to go into the kitchen for a snack.
Just as you’re reaching for the milk, you realize with horror that your wedding ring is gone! In a panicked state you search the whole house for the ring, but find no trace of it anywhere. After retracing your steps, you realize that the last time you saw your ring was right before you handed out the candy to that little boy with the adorable costume on.
My gosh! You’ve just given your precious wedding ring to a 7-year old boy without a clue as to who he is or where he lives.
Maybe this sounds far-fetched but a similar incident recently happened to a Massachusetts woman during Halloween. That little boy’s candy bag contained something way more valuable than Hershey bars.
Fortunately, her hometown police were able to track the child down and return her wedding ring without too much trouble.
But what if you’re not so lucky?
Sometime wedding rings slip off and become lost down drainpipes, sewers, on public transportation, while walking in the park, while on vacation, etc.
For someone who’s lost their wedding ring, it’s often a heart-wrenching experience. Because a wedding ring represents a lifetime commitment between you and your mate, it may feel like you’ve lost something irreplaceable. After all, that’s the ring that was slipped on your finger when you said “I do.”
While it’s true that the emotional attachment that you feel for your original ring will always be with you in your heart, at some point, you’ll probably feel the need to purchase another wedding ring to continue honoring your marriage and partnership.
Buying a new wedding ring may even be cathartic. You and your partner could have a little celebration after you buy your new wedding ring just to reaffirm that the sweet romance you still feel for each other can never be lost.
